Goal
B2C: Wellness and a healthier lifestyle is the focus at Menzis. In collaboration with Philips a collection was assembled with special offers for those insured by Menzis.

Resources
All insured receive the MenZ magazine. There are reader offers in this magazine that is taken care of by Loyalty-Plan. Loyalty-Plan directs the whole process, so that Menzis can offer this benefit to its insured without having to be concerned with it. Menzis coordinates the layout after receiving input from Loyalty-Plan. Loyalty-Plan developed the graphic design for the webshop and the customer-friendly and quick processing.
