Goal B2B: The ICT distributor Actebis from Nieuwegein, after successfully implementing the Complete Actebis Loyalty Program developed by Loyalty-Plan, joined the international Actebis Bonus Club that Loyalty-Plan also manages. The intention is to promote certain products from participating suppliers through campaigns by offering extra ABC-points.
Resources The iLoyalty concept that was implemented for Compleet Actebis changed into Actebis Bonus Club that makes use of the same communication tools. Whereas Compleet Actebis was chosen between a mix of product and experience rewards, ABC chose domestic and foreign experiences.
